General
We reserve the right to change prices.
The accommodation provider may cancel or modify bookings for compelling reasons (force majeure).
The customer is responsible for carefully reading the description and instructions for the booked accommodation, as well as the terms and conditions related to the booking, before arrival.
A booking made by the customer is binding once the order/payment confirmation has been sent to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer pays for the booking using their chosen payment method and in accordance with the terms of that payment method.
The booking system sends an order/payment confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.
Accommodation and Rental of Other Facilities and Equipment
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00. Guests must complete a traveller registration form upon arrival.
The customer must be of legal age at the time of booking. Minors may only stay at the accommodation when accompanied by an adult.
Sauna bookings are subject to the reserved time slot. The customer is responsible for ensuring they have enough time to wash and leave the premises within the booked time.
Rental equipment bookings are subject to the reserved time slot. The customer is responsible for returning the equipment properly at the end of the rental period so that it is available for the next renter on time.
Upon check-out, the accommodation or rented space must be left in the same condition as when the customer arrived. It is the customer's responsibility to clean up after themselves. The accommodation provider has the right to charge a cleaning fee from any customer who has failed to fulfil their cleaning responsibilities. The amount will be determined based on the work required.
Customer Liability for Damages
The customer is liable for any damage caused to rental equipment, saunas, caféteria or accommodation by themselves, their pets, or their guests.
Cancellation and Modification Terms
A booking may be cancelled at any time in accordance with these terms by contacting the accommodation provider.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days before the date of stay.
If the customer fails to arrive, the accommodation provider has the right to charge the full price of the booking.
The cancellation date is the date on which the accommodation provider has received and acknowledged the cancellation. Cancellations are processed as quickly as possible. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation is sent in good time.
Bookings may be modified at the customer's request.
In the event of force majeure, the rental agreement may be terminated. The customer who made the booking will be notified of the termination without delay.
In such cases, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
Any costs incurred by the customer as a result of a rental agreement terminated due to force majeure on the part of the service provider will not be compensated.
Complaints
In the event of a complaint, please contact the accommodation provider directly.
