Room Description
This small and peaceful room is ideal for 1 to 2 guests. All beds have new mattress toppers. Duvet and pillow are included. Bed linen is available for an additional fee. We encourage guests to bring their own for sustainability reasons.
There is not enough space for an extra adult bed in this room. However, a cot or travel bed can be fitted in the room if needed.
The room is heated by a traditional Porin Matti wood-burning stove.
No Pets
Pets are not allowed in the upper floor rooms. If your pet is joining you on the trip, please book one of our ground floor rooms (Alapirtti 1 or Alapirtti 2).
Kitchen & Drinking Water
All guests have access to the shared kitchen in the cabin. It is equipped with a large wood-fired oven, a gas stove, and a gas fridge, as well as everything you need for cooking. For instructions on how to use the facilities, please contact our customer service.
Drinking water is available from a nearby well (Suomu pihakaivo well). You can also buy water in 5-litre canisters at the café.
Electricity
The cabin has a solar power system for lighting and light use.
Washing Facilities
There is no shower on site. You are welcome to rent a sauna session at the Suomu Lakeside Sauna or the Suomu Garden Sauna.
Dry Toilet
There is no indoor flush toilet. Guests can use an outdoor dry toilet.
